Frontier Leather began in a small Western Australian workshop, driven by a straightforward idea of make gear that actually holds up.

What started as a personal project to build rugged, functional leather goods for field use quickly became something more. Early requests from mates turned into orders from across Australia, and we started helping people represent their tribe, their team, and their values through leather goods built to last.

Every piece is still made the same way it always has been. Traditional methods, premium vegetable-tanned leather, and no shortcuts. No mass production and no imported filler. Just handcrafted goods cut, stamped, stitched and finished in Western Australia.

What we make

Frontier Leather produces leather patches, notebook covers, wallets, belts, key rings, field gear and everyday carry items. We also work with military units, emergency services, sporting clubs, businesses, and organisations on custom and team orders — producing patches, covers, and accessories with approved logos, emblems, initials, and personalised details.

Leather is a natural material. It marks, softens and develops character with use. That's not a flaw — it's the point. Every Frontier Leather piece becomes distinctly yours over time, carrying the marks of the work, travel and daily carry that define how you use it.
