Shipping Policy — Frontier Leather

Processing & Dispatch

All Frontier Leather products are handmade to order in Western Australia. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods or for custom and team orders, lead times may be longer — we'll contact you if this applies to your order.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Western Australia: 2–5 business days
• Eastern States: 5–10 business days
• Remote areas: may take longer

Free shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally to the UK, USA, New Zealand and Canada. Expect orders to arrive within 28days in remote locations.
