How it works

1. Submit Your Request

Tell us what you need, the estimated quantity, your
preferred design and when you require it.

2. Review and Quote

Frontier Leather will assess your design, materials,
personalisation, stamp requirements and current production availability.

3. Approve Your Order

You will receive a quote outlining the proposed design,
pricing and expected lead time. Production will not commence until the quote
and design have been approved and any required payment has been received.

4. Production

Once approved, your order will be individually handmade,
inspected and prepared for delivery.

Custom Stamp Costs and Lead Times

Custom logos and emblems may require a new brass or 3D-printed stamp before production can begin.

New stamps can cost between $50 - $150, depending on the size, design complexity and manufacturing method. A 3D-printed stamp may be suitable for a one-off or limited order, while a brass stamp is generally recommended for repeated use and future orders.

Custom stamps can take up to two months to design and manufacture. A clear black-and-white version of the artwork is required, with black representing the area to be stamped into the leather.

Common stamp sizes include:

  • 30mm: Suitable for belts, pocket notebook covers, wallets and smaller EDC products
  • 48mm: Suitable for shoulder patches, Executive A5 notebook covers and larger leather products

If Frontier Leather has previously produced items using your logo and still holds the existing brass stamp, another stamp will not normally be required.

A custom stamping fee of up to $10 per product may apply each time the stamp is used, depending on the size, placement and complexity of the impression.

All stamp costs, stamping fees and expected lead times will be confirmed in your quote before production begins.
